About Me

My name is Shannon Walton, and I currently live in Charleston, South Carolina.

I am a Creative Transaction Coordinator, certified with Top Tier TC, trained by Molly Tennant and Ashli Mason. Top Tier TC’s are touted by Pace Morby as the most qualified TC’s to handle not only all of his real estate transactions, but also anyone else’s creative transactions.

My background includes years as a former CPA. I currently stay involved in finances by helping investors with their financials and setting up their bookkeeping. I also prepare personal and business tax returns.

I have owned several businesses over the years. I am a real estate investor myself, and I thrive on keeping my finger on the pulse of all things real estate.

I am a seasoned traveler and a serious foodie. In my free time I am working on a cookbook to treasured recipes from my former restaurant/bakery, as well as a course to teach kids to cook. I want to see childhood obesity become a thing of the past, getting people back to the kitchen table, relying on cooking for themselves and breaking the cycle of generations raised on fast food.

My goal as a TC is to build a relationship with you based on trust and a mutual desire to help you to grow your business through real estate. I am excited to work with you on your next deal!
