Why Should I Hire a Transaction Coordinator Instead of Handling It Myself?

Closing on a real estate transaction requires extensive paperwork, and it takes up valuable time keeping up with related emails and phone calls. Understand the value of your own time by outsourcing these tasks to a Transaction Coordinator, and allow yourself to focus on income-producing activities.

Our clients include investors/flippers, wholesalers, agents and lenders.  We work with closing attorneys, title companies and escrow agents and keep the lines of communication flowing so that everyone stays informed and the process runs efficiently and thoroughly from contract to close.

I Don't Have a Signed Contract Yet. Can I Ask for Help in Getting This Done?

You must have a signed contract before we can take on your transaction.  We are not certified to offer advice. While we can consult with you on the process of the transaction and discuss the needed documents for the transaction, without a signed contract we cannot move forward. We recommend reaching out to the Subto community to find fellow investors who can help you lock down your deal.

Is There Any Obligation When I Submit My Deal?

Submitting your deal via our intake form is not a guarantee that we will be able to handle your transaction. We typically review your request within 24 hours. Once we have gotten back to you and can move forward with your transaction, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required.
